Yummy Healthy Frugal Meal, Need I say MORE..?

     Tonight, I had no Clue what I was going to make. It was 6:00 and decided to see what I could throw together. So I pulled out a bag of mini carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, cheese, a can of black beans, and some corn tortillas.
I cut up the zucchini and fried it in a pan with a little butter, and then I threw some carrots in some water and microwaved them for about 3 minutes. When the zucchini was finished I just heated up the tortillas and put a little cheese on them till it melted. I warmed up my beans in the microwave after the carrots cooked. Then loaded up my tortillas and then put some fresh tomato on top. AND .....Fabulous!! They were absolutely Delicious and So healthy and So Frugal! I was thinking you could really add whatever you have in your Veggie Drawer... Grilled Chicken would also go really well with this too.

...And Since you ate such a healthy meal you could top it off with one of these.. Yoplait Delights 100 Calories! Go to this Nestle's Website and print off 4 $1/1 Halloween candy coupons. You will have to sign up and then you will be able to print 1 Nestle Candy coupon and Wonka Candy coupon. Then once they have printed hit the back button and Resend and you can print them both again. I believe Walmart has their bagged candy for $1.50. So you can get each bag for .50!!!
